    Here here. Let's start with expanded school choice so that we can get dark skinned kids out of failing schools. It is starting to work wonders in places like NYC.

    After signing the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the 36th POTUS, Lyndon Baines Johnson, knew Democrats will be losing the votes of white Southerners.

    He said to his press secretary, Bill Moyers;

    “I think we just delivered the South to the Republican party for a long time to come,”
