I’m on an IPhone 8 using safari and in order to refresh I need to log out and log back in am I doing something incorrect?

When I click back, it doesn't refresh like it used too. But if I just hit discussion board again it's refreshes for me.
The back button on browsers normally uses what is cached in your history, not what's on the webserver. Try not to use the back button.
