Jose Canseco, like many other formerly great players (Bill Buckner, Tom Seaver, Juan Marichal) played for the Red Sox when he was no longer great. He managed to get them all into roids and help Roger Clemons avoid the hall.

Clemons not being in the HoF is a travesty. He was an all time great and dominated pre-steroids.

    Ps F#$k the Sox lol

Hmmm. I saw the play where he missed a fly ball and it bounced off his head. Just wondering.

I will always remember that play, not only because it bounced off his head, but it bounced into the stands for a home run. Sox lost 4-2. Clemens cheated and no one from the steroid era other than Pedro martinez belongs in the hall.

Roger Clemens was an asshole who misbehaved on the field and should not ever be celebrated.

I don’t really care about steroids (used too though) in fact I wished my team took more of them. What you have to born with talent that’s not all that fair either but it happens. Clemons and Bonds were too awesome on them not to make the HOF. Barry Bonds on steroids was the greatest player to ever play baseball. That’s what happens when a HOFer takes that stuff you get a guy who can’t be stopped. I thought baseball was better during the steroid era anyway a lot more crazy characters running around the sport.

Clemens and steroids is sad because he clearly was great without them but wanted to stay great as he aged into decline.

    Canseco is a nut

Canseco is from Miami - if I remember correctly, back in the late-80s Canseco's wife owned a strip-club down-the-street from Deans Gold in North Miami.
