Do you have a budget point or number of sessions with sb or otc girl step back - enough spent, sessions, risk, whatever. Then do a gut check if it’s still sane not addictive behavior? Are you ever tortured you did x spending then bad luck event and wish it only been y spending during that period? Not to mention risks......std / getting them pg. Trust your instincts sometimes better say no or run.
