What's up with the super big right side pop up covering the screen?

Maybe it's only on an iPad. Quite annoying. I enlarge the text on the iPad to read easier and the side pop up covers too much of the screen.

Just Flick the Tip hard with your fingers. The big pop up will deflate, allowing an unobstructed view.

It seems stuck on super large. Except when typing. Oh well, first time I checked this site in the last 2 months.

IDK about an IPAD, but on a lap-top if you zoom-in enough the black vertical bar on the right-side becomes a horizontal black bar at the top and it may be less obtrusive
