So Senate, being presided over by Chief Justice Roberts, just approved 53 to 47 Charles Schumer's motion to issue subpoenas. Next, Schumer is asking for one for John R. Bolton.
BUt McConnell moves to table it. So now they are voting on this tabling. (tabling does not necessarily kill it for all time)
So I think the motion is agreed to, 51 to 49.
