I'm trying to add a new club and was able to do so.
But when I get another page to add/edit additional club details such as phone #, website, etc, I don't see a submit button to process those entries

I notice that I am listed as "the owner" of the listing/club I added - does that mean only I can modify it?

You can flip a switch to activate or deactivate the listing.

When adding a listing, it's VERY IMPORTANT that you place it correctly on the map.

I just added a few. I'm wondering if somebody creates a competing listing of the same club what kind of drama that might create. Other than that hopefully this takes some of the load off you founder. I got no problem adding any new clubs myself but I can only imagine doing it for all the clubs in the world fuck that lol
