Chicas Locas is in a very large building in a fenced lot in what looks like a light industrial area on the western outskirts of Dallas. The building has two wings. The left wing has a large “Cabaret” sign and a smaller, temporary looking, “Chicas Locas” sign. The right wing of the building has a large sign that says “Concert,” and a section in the middle that looks like offices has a large “Cabaret Royal” sign. I thought I was at the wrong location at first because the Chicas Locas sign was the least noticeable.
Chicas Locas is in only the left section of the building. I don’t know what goes on in the other parts of the building, if anything, or if they’re vacant. The left wing alone makes a pretty big club. It’s pretty nice and upscale looking. There’s a covered drive and a fountain out front (same as the other wing), some glass doors, a patio like entry area, then some very large wooden doors, then the entrance lobby. In the lobby is a counter with a door girl, but there was no cover for my first visit at about 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evening (the sign outside says no cover from 8:00 p.m. to closing). The entrance to the main club area is to the left of the counter, past the counter is a stairway leading to a mezzanine.
Downstairs in the main club area the bar it the far right (restrooms to the right of that), The main stage is the left of the bar in the far corner, and then there are two satellite stages shaped like pianos, one next to the main bar and another near the entrance. In the left corner is a smaller bar and a pool table. A beer was $5.75. Like the Chicas Locas in Houston, change was given in $2 bills, obviously to encourage tips of at least $2.
The club was pretty busy on Thursday evening. The customers are predominately Latino, the dancers exclusively Latina. There were several dozen dancers working, virtually all young and pretty good looking. Whoever does the hiring here is a connoisseur of fine tits. The dancers ranged from slender spinners to thickish MILFs, with A cups to DDs, but almost without exception, they had natural, perky tits. The exceptions were a couple that had enhanced chests, and those were well done. No droopy boobs at all in this place. All of the girls are Cuban. English language skills ranged from rudimentary to excellent.
Dances are $20 each and take place in the upstairs mezzanine area. Immediately to the left of the entrance to the mezzanine area is a VIP room with a small, podium sized counter in front, although there was no one manning it while I was there. There’s a row of arm chairs and small tables for lap dances along the railing on the left side of the mezzanine. The other half of the mezzanine appeared to be closed off. There is a second, little used restroom in the closed off area. More on this later.
The level of hustle here is, in my opinion, just right. I was approached pretty much continuously the whole time I was there. The girls would get close, make introductions, and after a couple of minutes or so of chit-chat (and perhaps some dick grabbing and boob flashing), ask for a dance. If declined, they would give a pleasant thank you and move on.
I sampled dances from several dancers on Thursday evening. They were uniformly good to great, with hand roaming encouraged everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. All of the dancers were receptive to extras, either bringing up the subject themselves or responding positively if I did, although the language barrier made discussions difficult. The house fee is $50, and one girl wanted $300 for full service, but I declined. I did reach a deal for full service with a cute blonde spinner for $200, plus the house fee. We went into the VIP area, where she turned off the lights and went to work. The $250 was money well spent.
I got finished with business early the next day and stopped by again on the way to the airport. Oddly, even though there is no cover at night, there is a $9 cover during the day (although its waived for military). Perhaps this is to cover the cost of the “free’ buffet which was set up in a corner of the main floor. The buffet was a nice spread of Mexican food: tacos, fajitas, etc., and looked pretty good. There were a good number of people getting lunch. I joined them and got a couple of tacos, which were very good.
I sat at a table and ordered a beer from a waitress, who brought it and asked for $7. Later, when I got another from the bar, I was charged $5.75. I don’t know if the waitress ripped me off or if there was a happy hour price change while I was there.
I was left alone while I ate, but as soon as I finished, the girls started coming around. There weren’t quite as may girls as the previous evening, but there were at least two dozen, maybe more, and most looked quite good. I again sampled dances from several different girls and again the dances were uniformly good to great.
I started discussing extra services with a slender spinner, but her English was not great. I understood her to say that the house fee was $70 (is it more during the day?), plus she wanted $200. I tried negotiating with her, but given her limited English, it was difficult, but I did understand her to say she would do $250 for everything, including the room. This was the same deal I had the previous, so I was thinking of taking her up on it, but wanted to clarify what was included. I asked her, “everything, including blow job?” She looked perplexed, so I asked again “blow job?” She still seemed puzzled, but then said, “blow job,” paused, and then said “toilet.”
Now I was puzzled. Was she saying she was agreeing to the VIP, but wanted to go to the restroom first? I asked “toilet?” She responded with “blow job, $100, toilet.” Now I understood, or at least I thought I did. Was she really offering to blow me in the restroom for $100? At this point, the only restroom I was aware of was the downstairs restroom next to the bar, which was pretty busy. I asked her where?
She took me by the hand and led me to a corner of the closed off area of the mezzanine where the second floor restroom was located. When we got to the door, there was a guy coming out, so she paused outside the door as if she was going to wait for me, then followed me in when the guy was gone. This restroom was smaller than the one downstairs, with a urinal or two and a couple of stalls.
She led me to the far stall, which had walls and doors that went all the way to the floor. The walls were mirrored. She took a seat on the toilet and I closed and latched the door behind me. What followed was one of the sleaziest experiences I have had in a strip club, but I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. It was a nice restroom, though.
If you like slutty Latinas, this place is hard to beat.

Anyways - I once went into this same restroom and heard movement in a stall and then silence. I pee'd, washed my hands and then opened the door to pretend I was leaving and stood still. Once the door closed the movement started again - a dancer was fucking a customer in there. I assume it was while he sat on the toilet? Either way it was hilarious to me so then I opened the door and walked out and took a seat to wait to see them come out just to confirm my theory.
And those with bathroom trolls are another subject too.
