I would guess it’s just a matter of exercising whichever set. It doesn’t seem like they’d use the same muscles except for the tongue and based on what I like compared to what many of the women I’ve seen like it doesn’t seem like it’s used in the same way.
When I was younger I experimented some along those lines but it didn’t really do anything for me so I can’t really say for sure.
