Nidan, there's a legal disclaimer about liability in every contract....whether its with a therapist, lawyer, mechanic, doctor, landlord, etc... What I wrote is a standard disclaimer....
You're not legally obligated to respond... But if there's some kind of legal liability involved in the future, whether coz of personal injury or defamation or something, you can't argue that you didn't understand or that it was poorly written. You can but it comes down to what a "reasonable person" in the legal sense, would think.
