When a security guard at a Northwest Miami-Dade strip club unlocked the doors for business Monday afternoon, he found one of the dancers dead on the floor of the VIP section, according to law enforcement sources.
Though police hadn’t publicly offered many details by Tuesday afternoon, sources familiar with the investigation said the dead woman was a dancer at the Babylon Miami Nightclub who likely died from an overdose.
“She’s an unidentified female. That’s all we know about her at this point,” said Miami-Dade police spokesman Lee Cowart.

Police said the woman entered the club at 7020 NW 72nd Avenue in the early morning hours Monday before it closed. The dead woman was doing cocaine with a promoter and had fallen asleep on the floor after drinking too much, sources said.
Her body showed no obvious signs of trauma and there were no indications of foul play at the scene, according to sources. The Miami-Dade medical examiner’s office will rule on the woman’s cause of death.
It wasn’t immediately clear how she ended up alone and dead after the club’s doors were locked. The club’s website said its hours are from 3 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily. The woman is believed to be in her mid-20s and her driver’s license is from out of state.

What freaked me was this in the article I posted.

I remember I was in a Tijuana strip club, took up this pretty young lady for a session....
She was doing coke lines.......then she passed out during sex......
If she would of overdosed on that stuff all of a sudden I get guilty by association type charge.......
So, I dressed her back up laid her on the bed and alerted the hotel boys “that my girl is passed out “ got the hell out of there.........

This is the location where there was a strip-club for a brief time period circa 2014 time-frame, it was called "Vivid Live" ([view link]) - back around that time there seemed to be a a few clubs that seemed to be trying to capitalize on the "Vivid" brand name (the well-known porn studio) - I visited this club once and reviewed it - overall was not very impressed - it was a nice club and pretty upscale, but I wasn't impressed w/ the vibe nor the talent - they seemed to be trying to go for the big whale spenders and the club had more of an emphasis on expensive private rooms - I prefer good-value clubs vs upscale pretentious clubs so this club did not tickle my PL-fancy.
The club probably was around a year or so and didn't seem to catch - it was a large building and the side-area towards the back at the time had a separate gay strip-club - after the main club closed I think the main-club became a gay nightclub.
I don't think it's currently a conventional strip-club - I assume it's a combo of a nightclub, and maybe a gay strip-club in part of the building.
