    I could only watch a few minutes of it. His teeth are pretty bad, but he could pay to fix that.

    The clothes, hair, and posture are all his own doing. He can fix those too.

    I agree, I think he'd do a lot better making simple changes and filming his transformation, than a youtube channel where he gets drunk and wallows in self pity.
