I've done it a couple of times. The last time being 7 years ago on my 70th birthday. To me the most important thing is that the 2 girls have to be compatible and I have to be the center of attention. Never done a two girl VIP, only OTC. Given the ITC costs, it’s never seemed worth it to me, since I only have one lap, and one dick. Plus, there’s never enough room in a VIP.

As stated, OTC can be better. I did a double-girl OTC not that long ago for $300 with no time limit, which I felt was a fair price.
