I searched previous posts and founder does not appear to have announced how. He may not have implemented it yet. On most other boards it is as simple as sending a picture of you holding a note with your screen name and the web site to the moderator or having a trusted member vouch for you. I assume founder will do the same if he hasnt already decided.
