After being “permanently closed” after 3 dancers were charged with prostitution, it appears the club will be reopening. The Rhode Island Supreme Court will hear arguments in April regarding this matter. There is still some confusion regarding the club’s liquor license which may hold up reopening for a day or two, but if you’re in the area, it’s worth checking out. In my opinion, as well as many others, Foxy has consistently been the #2 club in the city (after Desires) and you know what they say about #2, don’t you? Don’t get any on your fingers when wiping OR we try harder.
