I was in Tel Aviv just over a year ago. The city had a vibrant strip club scene. Tel Aviv is the secular focal point of Israel, while Jerusalem is the religious one. It sounds like the religious authorities are taking control here as they have in Jerusalem.
Under Israeli law a lap dance is considered prostitution. They might as well be Muslims.
