Everybody loves a landlord

if I rent to strippers, and I’m always broke... should I start demanding cash ? hmmm.

When I lived in an apartment years ago, the landlord rented to a stripper in the apartment directly under mine. He regretted it within weeks. My quality of life degraded within hours. It's not always like that, I'm sure, but this particular stripper was a lunatic.

That situation ended shortly after I caught her moron brother trying to break into my apartment. He had an accident and fell down the stairs... a lot.
