Grilled or smoked?

Smoked I have a rub that I put on and it comes out fantastic. Some days I finish with BBQ sauce, other days I just go with the rub (naked). PM for rub recipe.

Grilled I like to use Stubbs Chicken Marinade for a few hours then grill over indirect heat. Served with your choice of sides. I’ve been switching to Salad lately because I’ve got a wedding to get ready for ;)
