So I was chilling in my garage smoking my onnie (idk if that's a real term, but I'm talking about my one-hitter), and as usual, my mind starting wandering and I wondered why there isn't a stoner thread here. We've got some stoners. So tell me what is up. I'm super high right now.
I'd also like to identify which smokes (weed) and who doesn't so I know who I'm smoking with at the next meetup.

Why is a paralegal negotiating retainers. You're just supposed to sit in the office all day reading up on torts and establishing precedent for case strategy right?
I haven't smoked any weed for five days. Just got back from out of town. In honor of this thread after this post I'm going to do a bong hit of some 'Urban Delusion'. 27.55% THC. Here goes...

@nicespice I don't get into edibles too much. Not enough if a head high from it. I will partake in all froms but ultimately I'm a smoker. I like a good glass bong or pipe. Joints and one hitters are fine too.

I negotiated retainers twice (as I think I stated), when these were clients I specifically knew and got for my employer; he's getting paid because of me at this point. In those times where I've found him clients via people I know, he does payment plans with them. Same for people he knows personally.

That's more for law school or pre-law undergrad cases. The latter, sure. Even lawyers do that. I mean, I type a lot of briefs and shit. But I also do a lot of legwork when it comes to criminal cases. I find it fun. I also talk to clients in cases where my youth, and own minimal experience of getting into legal trouble, so they actually feel more comfortable and will tell us the truth vs when they're talking to a square older white guy. I think I'm great at my job.

I love Gron chocolate. There’s a couple other brands I can’t remember. But there’s a 50 mg thing of laffy taffy, and also a brand that does cake balls that I like.

The first time I got high I was 17 and in college. Had a half a weed brownie. The first time I ever got super high off simply smoking weed I was 18, after me and my twin had our first house together (before she went crazy and started doing heavy drugs).

I definitely prefer the body high. Relax towards the end of the day for a couple of hours and have really incredible sleep.

At 15 was when I got really stoned out of my mind for the first time. Smoked some purple haired Jamaican ganja with three other buddies. I will never ever forget the bliss of eating a McDonald's hot fudge sundae with nuts at our peak that night.
For whatever reason eating it always goes to my body and smoking it goes to my head. I like a hybrid that is slightly stronger on the sativa side. But I can smoke anything and enjoy it.
Vaporizer is the deal. What a high, and really no 'telling' smell Can't wait till the shit is legal in n.j.. Should be before end if year. Just walk in the store and buy it, whatever u want

I’m 55. Smoked my first joint at 13. It was the 70’s and the holy trinity was still alive. Sex drugs and rock and roll. Primarily a sativa smoker. Green Crack is my favorite. Excellent head high but keeps you focused. Prefer a bong with cold water. Here in Mass we voted for recreation weed two years ago but still waiting for the first dispensary to open. Government hacks here have to make sure they get their cut before anything is allowed. Nina maybe you can come here and straighten the out. I did not purposefully get this one hitter. Well technically I did because I bought it. I was only planning to buy blunt wraps, or anything cheap, because I only went to the gas station to stake it out, for a case I was working on. I'm good at noticing things.
I do corporate law and criminal law (only defense) for my boss's client's sons, daughters, employees, etc when they fuck up at get into criminal trouble.
This particular client of his I found on my own, knew this person from high school, and negotiated his retainer price all on my own. This is the second time I've done this. We also got really good news today regarding this person's case. I feel extremely proud. Now I'm smoking. Law is not easy work. Idk how the actual lawyers do it. I get exhausted as a paralegal. This shit gets stressful, especially criminal law.
In the criminal law side of things (vs corporate law which will be my specialty), I am also now involved in helping out a murder case. Fun stuff.
The fun thing about criminal defense law is that I get to be stealthy.
