There are numerous reasons.

1. Most PLs don't know how to digitally manipulate a woman properly.
2. Most PLs aren't attractive to dancers; a dancer that's not turned usually wants nothing to do with FIV. 3a. Many dancers are hygiene conscious or even germaphobes. 3b. Many PLs don't practice good hygiene and some might not even wash hands to avoid bathroom troll.
