Detroit strip clubs
Once Manhattan was the spot for all sorts of alternate activities and life styles. But it has become a place for the super-rich and for Disney-type tourism.

" In 1993 there were 177 adult establishments in the city.
Currently, there are 20, according to the suit."

Yup, NYC is no longer the place it was. Good and bad. Some of the titty bars in the bad old days were pretty seedy not to mention the peep shows and x rated shops so no loss there. The higher end clubs though still deserve a place. I think The Lido Room, which I haven’t tried, has an interesting strategy by moving around and being invite only rather than having a brick and mortar address.

Honestly, Lace wouldn’t be a big loss. I don’t know Satin Dolls, NY Dolls though is an established club downtown and that would be a shame to lose. Surprised all it’s Wall Street clientele and downtown lawyers aren’t helping them out. Or maybe they are, lots of money these years of litigation.
