I read that a while ago about that incident the accounts at the time made it sound like mutual combat I’m a bit surprised that there would have been any award but who knows.

25: the article said it was a default judgment. Maybe it was mutual combat, but if you don’t contest a lawsuit you lose automAtically.
They won’t get any money out of that guy - at least not until he gets out of prison. Unless he gets lucky with a scratch off lottery ticket - there won’t be any money coming from him.
They also sued the club - so maybe that will get some cash.
