In a twenty-four hour period I had the following
BBQ Sammy Meal from McDonald's
Foot long BMT fully loaded from Subway
Pumpkin Spice Cream cheese Bagel from Dunkin Donuts
Sushi boat from Green Tea restaurant
Mellow yellow and a Carmel chocolate bar from a gas station
Double cheeseburger, fries and shake from five guys
Box full of little Debbie cakes from grocery store
I literally shit three times that day...epic cheat day
Usually do one once a week to once every other week..depending how I feel that week
Normal diet consists of 1,000-1,500 in veggies and fruits with fish as my main source of protein.
