Morning, Motel Hooker

Eating my breakfast, sitting on the back porch of a restaurant, overlooking a vacant industrial parking lot. Out of a motel comes this woman in a really clingy dress. Almost wrap around, but instead with a wrapping gather at the waist. Black, under 30yo.

She looks good, but way too thick, really fat. Not strip club material.

She's checking her phone messages. Still early in the morning.

What gives her away is how she seems to have no place to go, looking for things to sit down on. Looks like poor people. But poor people don't dress quite like that. And if she were not so fat, and wearing that dress, then she would not be so conspicuous. There is also something in her demeanor too. Kind of street wise, but also libidinous too.

She takes a call and I hear her, in this playful voice, "I have a room. I'm outside now because I'm sharing it with another girl."

The motel is long owned and operated by a prominent and highly regarded family. But I have heard of cops making street hooker busts there. The cops don't adhere to due process either. They do shake downs, search purses, check records, and usually they get some sort of a confession. They don't ever get anything like evidence which could convince a jury in a trial with effective defense council.

This one would do well out on the sidewalk, but cops would get her fast.

Then the pimp drives up in a beat up car, black, at least 50yo, wiry, and I feel that I can say a certain amount of charm and grace to him. They drive off, then a few minutes later they come back and go into the motel.

This is how life is, for many people. I'm in no position to criticize them.
