Call me ignorant, but I don't get the significant importance of the ATM. Patrons can just get money from anywhere so why are the ATM such a big deal?

When someone pleads guilty, we never will get to know what was really so, as the news paper is just printing what LE tells them.

ATM transactions cross state lines, so any criminal activity is a federal offense. Meaning, If I get $$$ from a strip club ATM and then but a BJ, it's far more serious in Uncle Leo's eyes than offering a cheap whore $20 and a Big Mack. This is America for you!

And they have never had to prove any of this or prove the club owner was knowingly culpable, because he plead guilty.
