I have been in high end hotel bars and high end cocktail lounges where the waitresses potentially show more. At first glance they do not but when you get closer you see that they are in very short skirts with thongs and bra-less or thin bras under dress shirts. They flirt mercilessly to get tips and the good ones are suggestive without being overt. Although I see less of this now that more women are in business travel. I have seen a flirty hot waitress in a lounge walk away with a $100- $200 tip or better from one group of older guys strictly from suggestive banter, a hint of up skirt and down blouse. Hooters girls are always polite and not very flirty (rules) and quite honestly you see more skin at the beach or pool. I go there because the service is always decent and pleasant as is the food. [but I like bar food]
