We've been slowly replacing the Chief Wahoo mascot with the capital 'C' on everything, just shortening it to 'Cleveland' instead of the Cleveland Indians. We are quite frankly sick of the PC stuff and would rather make the change on our own and we just to no longer want hear about it.
P.S. most "Indians" (tee pee Indians, not 'dot' Indians) around here, WANT to be called "Indians" and NOT "Native Americans" and definitely NOT "Amerindians" --> the new concatenation of "American Indians." Blargh! Or more correctly they want to be called by their tribe names. (like the Chippewa, the Ottawa, or the Erie)
P.P.S. We no longer call our team "The Tribe" either. Not because actual Indians are offended. We just would rather avoid the SJWs.

I'm part Chippewa and Cherokee Indian. I'm proud to be. I could care less about sports's teams use of our name. PC bullshit, IMO.
