Off topic I succeeded in downgrading my iPad from iOS 10.9.2 back to iOS 9. Some

Everything works fine again on my iPad too.

Just need to make sure it doesn't automatically upgrade on me. It tried to already.
Says download paused. Wondering if I need to finish the download to delete the download.
