That explains why I got an email from them a couple of days ago saying that some one had tried to hack my account. I changed my pass word.

The story is big news over the past 24 hours. But no one seems to catch the "little" detail that the hack happened in 2014.
Folks, if you use yahoo "they" have had your info for two years!

The timing of the info for sale on the Dark Web last month, seems to suggest more than one distinct "they," and possibly a separate breach from Yahoo's claim of state involvement of the 2014 breach, making this even more serious.
I changed my pw even though I think by now that's useless.
