Thinking it might be time to cut ties with this hobby...

...or at the very least make my visits very scarce. Started developing an interest in getting myself an EVO and modding it down the road. As a person who's also a computer enthusiast, it was inevitable that I would find my way from computer performance to car performance since they're both similar. It would be nice to continue but from a financial standpoint, I'll have to prioritize other things in my life than buying dances. After I achieve a certain threshold of performance and pay the car within 3-5 years, maybe then the club bug will creep back up on me. Anyone ever done something similar but eventually found themselves coming back to it?

I plain on clubbing until I die and right now I'm 34.
With this said yes you will go throw many different fazes in your clubbing life span.
I've had times when I went damn near daily and other years I only made it out 2 or 3 times for that whole year...I've even skipped a year before.
Right now I've been clubbing every other month and I'm about to change it to every 4 months. Just need the time away to other things like yourself.
I do poker, video games, workout, 5k walks, side business I'm starting up and so on
Stick with it my friend but feel free to space it out and only club once you got the itch
I have found in to past I cycled from concentrating on computers to cars to high-end home stereo (audiophile) and back again. It's not uncommon to only have extra funds for one vice at a time. That makes total sense to me.
The clubs and the women will still be here when you feel like returning in the future.
I do agree that I would rather club than have an expensive sports car or luxury car. My toy is a mustang gt 5.0, FYI.
Anything to keep your mind occupied on your free time is good, well as long as you're not collecting child porn.
posted from the hong kong showroom tijuana. it is 10:40 am wednesday morn and allready 30 girls on the floor. :)
As what was said...I'll probably cut back instead of cut ties especially when it's always exciting meeting new dancers that I've never met before.

You just watch how they conduct themselves, many of them are attracted to older men. It may seem strange, even illogical, but the evidence is overwhelming.
They don't hold older guys to peer culture standards, so they are different from the older guys, but they don't seem to care. And there are ways you can go about increasing you appeal to them. R. Don Steele is good about explaining this, though I still maintain distance from him in this.
Here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mick_Jagge… Born in 1943. Are you older than he is? What girl would refuse to go out with him?
They are more interested in personality and social role and experience, than money. Money is after all only a sometimes means to an ends, not an ends itself.
Okay, most girls are trendy, in how they dress. They want to impress their girlfriends, and so they want a boyfriend the same age, who measures up to peer culture standards. And these are the guys who get them pregnant.
But some girls, like 5 to 10% are not trendy, they are avant-garde. They dress in outlandish theatrical ways. They don't care what girls their age say about them. They want to know older guys. They know that the older guy is different from she and her friends, and this is why they want to know him.
R. Don Steele, in his 70's, is married to one in her late 20's.
But most of the time the girl will be with the guy for a while, and this will be good.
College age girls are interesting because they have not yet become completely marriage fixated. Lots of commentators have written about this. And then there are those on lecture circuits, college girls go after them like they were rock stars.
When I started going to strip clubs I was the same age as the girls. And I found that even though they were being held up as sex symbols, all I had to do is never treat them like prostitutes, and they were totally green light with me.
Now today these girls are still the same age. But as I started to get older than them, things did change. They were actually even more open to me, and I started to reach the point where I was better able to deal with them.
If say you started seeing one P4P OTC. You can make it so the money is not really fee for service, but instead is mistress maintenance, which is not the same as sugar baby money. I believe that eventually a real relationship will develop and the money won't be a big deal, no more than what most guys spend on GFs. A very good deal is mostly what you want is to have an out of town girl you can bed down with periodically, like around once every 28 days.
Most of the time, if you are not paying them, then they want you spending money on them. The spending is more just to show that you are in compliance with normative expectations. Well that spending money on them is completely wasteful. So better if you keep it in the realm where you can just hand her cash.
( also, if a girl is not ready to accept cash, then you take her shopping. See Helen Gurly Brown's Sex and the Single Girl. )
Lots of AMP girls tried to line me up for sessions in their own homes. And they gave great auditions to show how capable they would be. I didn't want that because I was married and I knew that that kind of thing, letting the girl become my mistress, will usually result in badly hurt feelings. This is how real trouble can start.
But so much better to be helping a girl pay her mortgage, then just wasting money on her in frivolous ways, or letting a sugar baby waste it. The European Mistress System is better. They practice it in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Sugar Babies are an American invention because of our fixation on adolescence.
In my own marriage it never was able to evolve beyond the consumer consumption phase. We never got to the point of putting money into things we both agreed on as objectives.

As for the car, I've decided to save up for a couple of years (maybe about three) so I can get my dream car instead...a Nissan GTR. Been in love with it since being first introduced to the original Skylines back in the days when they weren't brought to the states. Only downside would be not getting the full feeling of a manual shift and the expensive maintenance. However, seeing as how I don't drive much in the first place while dealing with nasty LA/SoCal traffic once in awhile...I think it should work (I hope).
My own experiences is that it is eye opening, and often they'll be eating out of your hand.
