Although probably all bears can walk on their hind legs it's easier on all fours. This one uncommonly seems to prefer walking straight up, that's why I posted the vid.
Yup, thanks guys, I suspected his paw was injured. Since he was walking around erect like that last year it appears to be permanent.
That explains Bigfoot sightings. If you saw that in dim light, anyone would have their imaginations run away with them.
