Jail is usually for people awaiting trial or serving short sentences (less than a year). Usually locally ran.
When you go to prison you are part of the DOC and it is at a state or federal level. They are usually for felonies and longer sentences.

From memory (what there is of it); Diva said she was supposed to report to jail last June or July and would be in about 6 months. I think she last posted around November and for some reason never went to jail. Either she skipped and eventually got caught or her lawyer kept her out a little longer doing appeals. If she finally went in around the end of the year then she should be out in another month or two going off of what she said originally.
