Discussion Labeling -- for those who won't read my previous post

OTI: Off Topic Intellectual

I think we really need to label subject that are not only off topic from strippers and strip clubs, but in the case of an philosophical aka intellectual rant it would be helpful to label those as well.

Hey, sometimes I'm in the mood for the melancholy other times I'd rather skip it all together.

So this is me suggesting that we label such rants as OTI -- off topic intellectual. That way it just preps the reader more
