I wouldn't be surprised if in and out sues the maker of the video as the owners of in and out are very conservative. For example, Employees are not allowed to have visable tattoos. I doubt they want sex selling their burgers and fries.

She's pretty impressive! I've never seen someone make it rain with fries - and I liked that. It's definitely odd seeing this video - and finding that it's not a commercial. I was expecting this to be similar to those Carl's Jr commercials.
