This is the level of intelligence of our police officers?? No wonder things are so out of control with them. I feel bad for the dancer; a 1965 Cutlass is a pretty cool car and these days worth a few bucks in good condition. My mom had one, a red convertible, and I was never embarrassed to be seen in it as a teenager.
