  I think this all was a scam from the start. I fucking hate when people announce how much they want. How about you take it to court and let the jury decide how much you get?
  
  I think the 15mil just says "hey my family is delusional and so are my lawyers." Rockstar is probably right, if they would have went to the city and school board with a low 6 figure, they probably would have gotten it in a quick, and quite settlement.
