If it makes you feel any better it would probably be indecent exposure for Kim Davis too! So it's not a men vs women thing per se!
That said, I'd prefer seeing my hot female neighbors daughter mooning me than say, her dad! General rule: hot college girl ass = brilliant! Middle-aged male ass = keep it in the pants! ;)
