I often do the same thing, at least for 1st & 2nd dates when it's clear the date won't be leading to sex. I won't end the date early with a civilian I like, but once the date ends, if the date happened in the city (which means I drove an hour already just to get there) and it's still early enough to hit the strip club, I'll hit it. But that's "date ended organically, hit SC because there's still time". That said, GACA, I think it's unhealthy to leave a civi you'd otherwise be into, to go SCing instead, the SC can definitely fuck with your head when it comes to civilian dating if you're not careful

There can be an ego boost when a woman really wants to fuck you. In my dabbling with p4p I've had a hard time getting past the idea that the girl is only doing it for the money. Sometimes it doesn't matter, sometimes she's a good actress and sometimes there actually is enough of a legitimate connection that there's some chemistry beyond the p4p, even if she wouldn't actually be doing it without the pay part.

Relationships take time, effort and work, and for guys in their 20s and 30s who aren't looking to settle down and start a family, there's not too many incentives to be in a relationship.

I still think you need to find yourself a civvy fuckbuddy/FWB. Someone you can booty call and slam for free, but who knows what's up. Sadly I also realize how hard those things are to sustain. Someone always either wants a relationship or finds someone else to be in a relationship with.

The "right" girl will make you want to stay in bed with her and not go hunting strippers. But you gotta have some patience finding the good ones.
