That is awesome. If only the power lines in my neighborhood weren't buried underground... I'd be going to the sex shop tonight and buying all the neon dildos and throwing them on the lines of my neighbors that are assholes!

I like the tweet about it being all fun and games until a six-year old asks what the dildos are! I disagree! If a child asked me "what is that on the power line?" I'd look him or her in the eye and say "that's brilliant!" ;)
