Driving through North Carolina I've noticed a few "Adult Businesses", usually behind privacy fences. I've not stopped, but wonder if anyone out there has the low down on what kind of entertainment is offered and any suggestions on which to choose.

in my experience, north carolina is not one of the better states for strip clubs. the only club i have ever had fun in was mickey's in fayetteville. Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, and Wilmington are not good
I've noticed some strip clubs in NC try to stay low key. I know of one strip club that wasn't advertised except possibly a tiny little sign along the main street that didn't suggest anything sexual. The club was at the back of a strip chain of about 4 or 5 stores perpendicular to the main street in a small town. I suppose they try to stay low key to avoid some of the religious fanatics or politicians that enjoy attacking the industry.
