Through the mobile Uber app, customers see a picture of the driver (although it's small) before the driver picks them up.
From what I've seen the few times I used Uber there is no way to choose which driver will pick you up. Best I can tell it automatically sends the closest available car.
Her hotness could lead to tips from PLs. Maybe even an OTC offer when giving a ride to or from the SC.

Uber just lets you know the type of car its plate number and driver name, cant remember if it shows drivers picture

It shows the driver's picture. But, as above, Uber doesn't let you pick your own driver, so you're stuck with whomever you get.
Hot girls use Uber, not work for them.
