Through the mobile Uber app, customers see a picture of the driver (although it's small) before the driver picks them up.
From what I've seen the few times I used Uber there is no way to choose which driver will pick you up. Best I can tell it automatically sends the closest available car.
Her hotness could lead to tips from PLs. Maybe even an OTC offer when giving a ride to or from the SC.

It shows the driver's picture. But, as above, Uber doesn't let you pick your own driver, so you're stuck with whomever you get.
