Cheating on taxes is a crime as it should be, but my concern is this new approach with the ATMs: that if you have an ATM in your club and you know (or should know) that some of the girls are doing sexual favors, that you are now guilty of felony pandering or some such crime. Of course, only an idiot would use an ATM in a club, but this is a huge over reach in my opinion. What if I use my credit card at a club, and then go to my bank to use their ATM for cash. Should my bank know I go to clubs from the CC info, and that the cash I withdraw might also be used there? This kind of case should eventually end up in the Supreme Court. Personally, I see zero liability for a club that has an ATM no matter what else is going on there.
Portland is so hypocritical. They claim to be an ultra liberal town but the thought police and sex police are always out in force. Gays can bugger each other on a street corner outside an elementary school but having a female stripper gets to near male genitalia it becomes a crime. I must be because it is heterosexual contact and not abhorrent behavior that makes it a crime. Don't get me wrong I do not care who does what to whom but the double standard pisses me off. I have actually seldom ever seen anyone use an ATM in a club. The fees are to high and many only give out club bucks. Wait I think welfare/food stamp debit cards work in club ATM's, I guess they are just trying to cut down on welfare waste.....NOT!
