I got a PM from a TUSCL buddy that visited the Columbia Platinum Plus this past week. As if things weren't bad enough he reported that half a dozen girls were given 90 day suspensions for intimidating the other dancers.
One night I did a VIP with a first time 18 year old stripper. It was literally her first time stripping and she said some of the other dancers had threatened her to the point that she was scared shitless. We finished the VIP about 10:30 and she went to the dressing room. 15 minutes later I saw her talking with the floor manager with her coat on. She told him she was quitting and walked out the door. Too bad. She had great potential.
Yeah, I heard it happens. The veteran dancers at some clubs feel intimidated when new, pretty young things invade their space. Things can get pretty ugly when the newbies (unknowingly) a veteran's regular. Heard of groups of 2 or 3 friends but not a "gang".
Night shift is definitely worse than dayshift .... way more girls, they are relatively more drunk or coked up, and they clique up. I've heard these kinds of stories even at the high end clubs I go to. At best, the new girls get a bit of a heart check, as the alpha females treat them badly; at worst, things end with a beating. At least at the clubs I go to, day shift has this type of drama far less often
That said, I will say that I CAN'T GET ENOUGH of hearing these kinds of stories, from the girls I know. Fucking fascinating
At the Penthouse in Philly, I have seen a black girl tell a new white girl that her shoes were recently stolen, and that the shoes the white girl had on belong to her. This white girl became very terrified and was trembling. I reassured her that this was a gimmick to get her out of her club. In any case, she asked to be escorted out the club. I have never seen her back again. Some dancers are afraid to venture from suburban clubs to center city clubs because of fear of intimidation and violence.
Yeah; I've heard of some serious shit go down in the black clubs; many of the black strippers are ghetto and cut-throat and they *will* follow thru on their threats.
I was in the back VIP dance area at a black dive in Dallas in the mid-2000s and a black dancer was asking another black dancer if she would back her up b/c other black dancers were threatening to jump her.
In a black dive down here in Miami a black dancer told me about black clubs where she had worked where she said some dancers would turn off the lights in the dressing room and jump a dancer to take her $$$.
Below is a vid of how it can go down at a black club (this happened at Club Lexx, now called Climaxxx, down here in Miami) – WARNING; it's pretty graphic:
Well, I've personally broken up a fight at a SC and it's not fun!! And it was right in the middle of my dance so imagine that scenario.....lol!! All this over some baby mama drama, puh-leeze!

The club's bouncers are supposed to prevent such things.

Thanks for sharing that. I had no idea that the situation was that dicey.
Good if you can talk to the girls and get involved some.

No – not really – I'm actually pretty conservative – it's just an indication of how much I like the chocolate that I patronize such environments.
Kept waiting for the "graphic". Seemed like a normal newscast in Miami. Well, except no faces blurred out.
Sad but true.
