  No not typical. I had some lap dances from Terri Weigel at the Spearment Rhino COI it was excellent. Veronica Brazil was another that was very good COI SAHARA(DE JA VU). Both ladies were very easy going and gave me good old fashion lap dances.

  There was a feature that came through a club I frequent on occasion. Don't think she was a pornstar, but a burlesque dancer of some sort. Didn't get any dances with her, but struck up a lengthy conversation. Interesting talk for about 30 minutes. She was dealing with fluid in her knee. Coached gymnastics back home and did some sort of work that she could do from the road; no one really knew of her "second career." Loved travel. Smart. Unfortunately, wasn't really game for OTC, but I did sense she was just ... lonely. Probably the most interaction I've had with a feature.

  The last feature I tried to catch was Ginger Lynn at Dream Girls in Minneapolis back in the '90s. The club was overflowing with PLs. Dancers were even standing out in the lobby trying to a look inside. I overheard one dancer comment on just how tiny Ginger Lynn was. I figured it was completely hopeless to even try, so I turned around and left.

  I saw Lisa Ann feature once. The most striking thing is, she's tiny -- 5'2". Her nipples also kind of point in a strange direction, which is something that is more noticeable when you see her in person. She wasn't necessarily a stunning dance, but she just has that very sexy way about her. The smile. The look on her face. I think of Jenna Jameson, too. Women that were just naturals as pornstars. Best part was, I was standing near the door as she was leaving. We made eye contact and she said, "Thanks for coming," as she waked by. It was the kind of thing that could make you melt. She still tours. Go see her if you can.

  The only "stars" I remember seeing a local clubs were ones that GodFather occasionally brought in. My presence at the same time was accidental, though; I never deliberately went when they were featured. Supposedly, porn "star" Cody Lane works at PT's downtown. I've never seen her there, but her presence has been reliably reported.

  A couple things. I saw Christy Canyon every time she was in the area. So much so that she remembered me. Not my name of course which I understand, but she definitely recognized my face. I wanted to see Ginger Lynn, but I got a flat tire. A shame since I wanted her to sign my Wing Commander III manual. As for Lisa Ann... well I was the second last person left in line for a picture and suddenly she needed to get ready for the next show (not that first show started on time).

I have gotten a dance or two from black dancers and they are often pretty physical – I too have had issues trying to maintain my balance on a high-chair w/ an ebony stallion grinding the shit out of me (but I like it). A lot of black dancers are really really strong and have strong muscles and many of them are heavier (though not necessarily fat) and more powerful due to their greater muscle tone and larger frames.

  I assume you are talking about local club dancers who have also starred in a porn movie. Most of these I wouldn't call a pornstar. The majority shot a few amateur videos. I can only recall 4 who were a bid enough name that they toured as a feature. None of the feature acts who worked locally were ever that memorable.

  rl27 - You are correct. I once had a dancer tell me that she was going to do her first porno the next day. She was no higher than a 6 and she said that she wanted to practice on me ITC and when I turned her down for that she offered OTC which I also turned down.

  Some features aren't necessarily "porn stars." I point to Naomi Knight, who I occasionally see at her home club as a non-feature. She's done some girl-girl scenes, but is more of a pure feature dancer, per se, in that she has plotted out dance routines, can do tricks with her pecs, etc. Usually, when I hear "porn star" in a club, I think feature. I suppose there can be local girls who have done amateur porn. Didn't think of it that way.

  Lexi leigh dances in knoxville when shes not shooting. Shes actually a really awesome girl thats fun to drink with and shoot the shit. Her and her sister used to dance at the same club. Her sister was smoking hot, but never did porn.

  @rockstar666: Becca doesn't live far from me. Never met her in person, but there's a local board I sometimes post to and we've had some discussions there. She occasionally escorts but has also made somewhat of a name for herself as an advocate for sex-worker rights. I've never found her tremendously physically attractive, but she seems like a smart, considerate gal. Glad she calls my metro area home.

  Londonguy and Shadowcat -- Ron Jeremy may be an over-the-hill fat slob, but when he appeared at my favorite club about a year ago I quizzed my ATF how he was received. In between his stage time he kept quite "busy". The manager set up a dressing room for him in one of the office rooms and apparently the line of waitresses (and some dancers) waiting for their chance at a poke was quite lengthy. Apparently young women see something in him.

  I think he's big (no pun intended!) because he's "everyman". He is a compendium of what we PLs all see in ourselves: a bit overweight, out of shape, and homely as hell. Yet, he still can do any hot girl! Not only free, but he gets paid for it! It's a great schtick (again, no pun intended), and gives us all hope. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

  I've seen two "features". The most recent in Austin was Bridget the Midget. Sad. My friend and I stayed in our seats while the rest all crowded around the stage. We did get some excellent attention from the local dancers during the "show". The first was in Key West a whole lot of years ago. Don't even remember her name, but I do recall she ran for some political office a couple of years later in California. Maybe in the late 80's early 90's.

  ATAC, I don't know if Jeremy can get *any* hot girl. A dancer I know at Dream Girls described him to another dancer as a "fat, hairy, ugly fuck."
