You left out the dying diminishing middle class. As soon as the Obama administration decides to put us on the endangered species list, he'll probably ask the EPA to heavily fine all the other classes. After all the democrats only seem to know how to tax and spend. Republicans have been tough competitors though. If the EPA could heavily fine everyone emitting hot air out of DC without significantly contributing to US economic growth, I think we'd eliminate all politicians in DC. Then we really would have an economic boom.
