No. I have always paid whether I liked it or not and I usually lie and tell her it was good just to keep things civil.

I once had a similar offer for a one hour Champagne Room. I had to pay the room fee of $175 and while the dancer is supposed to get $200 + tip she said $100 + whatever I felt it was worth.
