Some dancers have anchors in their backs or face or elsewhere. These look like a diamond just attached to the skin. Have you seen these?
I just saw them where I have never seen them before, in a dancers ass crack. She was laying on her back (topless club) and spreading her ass cheeks and I saw something shiney. I looked again and she had two anchors in there! Have you seen anything like this?

All joking aside, one of my favorites has multiple "anchors". She removed three on her neck, right above the clavicle. She removed them 6 months ago yet you can still see the marks where they were. No scar tissue, just discoloration.
The ass crack must be a dangerous spot to have them. Uh, excuse me honey, there's a dingleberry on your anchor.
These are called microdermal implants. Anchor is surgically implanted then can screw on any decorative top you want.
