I think it may be a combination of "Hey, look at me" & drugs. Yes it gets my attention but not my business.

I feel the same about these as I do about tattoos. The girl may be very attractive despite them, but is not attractive because of them.

Since tats and piercing became fairly mainstream, there will always be the next "shocker" body art to come along. Expect more.

It could've been worse. She could be a fan of branding.
