My experience is that the smallest and grungiest clubs often have the highest mileage. I've been to several in rural areas or small towns where everything was on the menu with some of the girls. But there's no way to know in advance, nobody talks about it in their reviews and some of these little places don't even get reviewed. In fact some of them aren't even listed.
