A 38-year-old Indianapolis man drove his car into an Eastside strip club after becoming angry that bouncers kicked him out, Indianapolis metro police said.
Security staff at Club Paradise, 5255 English Ave., escorted the man from the business sometime before 2 a.m. today because he kept touching dancers, police said.
The man fought with bouncers as they dragged him outside, according to an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department report.
Infuriated, the man got into a blue 2014 Ford Focus and sped “at a high rate of speed†toward the building, police said, and crashed into the club's main entry way.
Several bystanders were fortunate to avoid injury, police said.
When IMPD officers arrived, the man was still sitting in his crashed car, dazed and bleeding, police said.
“The driver got out and stated, ‘They kicked my ass.' I placed the driver under arrest,†an officer wrote in the IMPD report.
The report provides no details about damage to the building housing the strip club.
